Veecon Music and Entertainment launches Hanuman Chalisa single on a CD, featuring Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and 20 of the best singers of the Industry

Veecon proudly presents a historic devotional project - “Shri Hanuman Chalisa” featuring Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and 20 of the most illustrious singers of the music industry including Sonu Nigam, Hariharan, Suresh Wadkar, Shankar Mahadevan, Kumar Sanu, Abhijit, Udit Narayan, Roopkumar Rathod, Shaan, Sukhwinder Singh, Kay Kay, Kunal Ganjawala, Vinod Rathod, Kailash Kher, Babul Supriyo, Prasoon Joshi, Hansraj Hans, Manoj Tiwari, Mukul Aggarwal etc. This is a milestone project for more reasons than one. This is the first time, that an Indian single is being launched on a CD and on such a big scale. This is also the first time, that Mr. Bachchan has graciously rendered a devotional song with so many other singers. The song has been composed by Mr. Aadesh Shrivastava and is our humble effort to familiarize the youth of this country with our ancient traditions. “Shri Hanuman Chalisa” is a charitable project and all the proceeds from the album will go towards education of under privileged children and children with special needs.
At the outset, Mr. J.K Shrivastava, managing director of Veecon Group, who conceptualized the project expressed his delight over the venture and his sincere gratitude to everyone involved. “My mother Shrimati Subhadra Devi always told me that Hanuman Ji is the remover of all obstacles, he is thereby aptly called Sankat Mochan. I believe my mother sowed the seeds of this project in my youth that has germinated today into this mega devotional project of Shri Hanuman Chalisa. It is the result of her values and blessings that this project has become a reality. I am sincerely thankful to Aadesh Shrivastava for composing this masterpiece album and also greatly thankful to all the participating artistes for contributing their talent for this dream project. My special thanks to Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and his company AB Corp. Limited for extending their valuable support in making this project happen. I wish to also thank Wg Cdr Ramesh Pulapaka, Manisha Dey & entire Veecon Music team for working religiously and making our dream a reality.”
